I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The attention to detail was exceptional with fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee replenished daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main city center and shopping plaza. The room was lovely, with a small balcony overlooking the charming streets.

The hotel's location on the Santa Cruz square in the city center was perfect - it was quiet and away from the main attractions, but still just a short walk to the cathedral or the Alcazar palace. The room was beautifully designed and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the free walking tour and the delicious breakfast spread each morning.

We had an really good stay at a small cottage in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions on foot. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed provided a luxurious night's sleep. The concierge were really nice too ensure our comfort and even stocked the landing with complimentary water. The shower was spacious and modern. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a quiet square with lots of trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. It is also conveniently located next to a gorgeous square in the beautiful Jewish quarter, adding to the charm of the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers fast internet access and has a nice balcony, albeit on the smaller side.
The cleanliness of some areas, such as the shower and floors, may not meet everyone's standards.
